NMC Healthcare has won the prestigious Gulf Customer Experience Award held at the Jumeirah Creekside Hotel on 20th January 2016 where the Finals and Awards Ceremony took place.
The award was presented by Mr. Mohammed Bushanain, Executive Director-Business Excellence Center at Department of Economic Development, Dubai and on behalf of NMC, the award was received by Mr. Mohit Chaturvedi, VP- Operations and Mr. Syed Faizan Ahmed, Executive-Healthcare Operations who also delivered the successful finalist presentation.
The awards are designed to recognize best practice in delivering outstanding customer and digital experience in the Gulf and it provides companies with opportunities to showcase and gain recognition for their hard work.
The awards aim to support organizations and businesses as a vehicle for sharing best practice and for promoting continuous improvement, learning and personal development.
Competing against the region’s most prominent companies from diverse industries, NMC won the award in the Wellbeing and Health category.
